Job Description

YMCA Queensland is seeking an Educational Leader to join the Edens Landing Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part time basis. You’ll shape engaging programs, guide educators, and ensure every child feels safe, supported, and included.

You’ll lead by example, coach staff, and build strong partnerships with families and schools while upholding compliance and high standards of care in a community-focused, not-for-profit setting.
