About the role nn
- Work closely with a highly regarded partner and advise on some of Australia’s largest Commonwealth agencies on major projects and complex commercial matters
n
- Your work will span Commonwealth procurement and contracting, technology and intellectual property arrangements, major commercial projects and broader corporate advisory matters
n
- Advise on corporate governance, structuring, transactions and regulatory compliance,
providing exposure to a sophisticated mix of public and private sector commercial work
n
The ideal candidate nn
- Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE with strong Corporate & Commercial experience
n
- Experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm, government practice or comparable environment
n
- A genuine interest in Commonwealth Government projects and commercial transactions
n
- Strong commercial contracting, drafting and advisory skills
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Confidence dealing directly with sophisticated government and corporate stakeholders
n
