A well-established and highly regarded civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join the team on a major Transport & Main Roads infrastructure project based in the Sunshine Coast region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior surveying professional looking to step into a leadership-focused role with a contractor known for strong culture, long-term project pipeline and high-quality project delivery across Queensland.

Description n

- Lead daily survey operations across the project
n
- Coordinate survey resources, workflows and subcontractors
n
- Manage QA, as-builts and survey data processes
n
- Support machine control, GNSS and field systems
n
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors
n
- Drive project efficiency, compliance and technical accuracy
n
- Mentor and develop junior survey staff
n
- Maintain strong safety and quality standards across all survey activities
n

Profile About You nn




- 15+ years' experience within civil construction surveying
n
- Proven leadership or team management capability
n
- High-level technical surveying knowledge across civil infrastructure works
n
- Strong capability using 12d, TBC and AutoCAD
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Registered Surveyor status highly regarded
n
