About the Team & Office
n Join a high-performing content team passionate about live, local radio. From our Gosford office, we create top-quality content in a fun, collaborative workplace.

n

As Executive Producer, you'll lead Triple M's Central Coast breakfast show, Paddy & Maz and work closely with the Content Director to shape show strategy, execute big on-air ideas across the Coast and collaborate with our Brand Experience and Sales teams to meet strategic outcomes.

n

You'll also:

- Forward plan show content for on and off air purposes
n
- Collaborate with producers across the network
n
- Drive local and national tactics within the show
n
- Keep content compliant and manage the show's socials
n
- Scout future on-air talent and producers
n

n

What You’ll Need

n

n
- Strong communication and talent-management skills
n
- Experience using Zetta, Phonebox, Voxpro and other editing software
n
- Be able to film and edit content from the breakfast show
n
- A solid grasp of contest and broadcast compliance
n




- A self-starter who fosters creativity
n
