Job Description

NoosaCare Incorporated is seeking an experienced Hotel Services Manager to lead catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance across two aged care facilities on the Sunshine Coast. You will report to the Chief Operations Officer and drive resident-focused service delivery, safety compliance and continuous improvement in a high-regulation workplace.

You will lead diverse teams, manage budgets and supplier relationships while fostering accountability and quality.
