We are currently seeking dedicated Caregivers and ENs to support our clients across the Northern Suburbs , including Greensborough, Bundoora, Pascoe Vale, Warrandyte, Diamond Creek, Epping, South Morang, Wallan, Donvale, and Craigieburn.

The Role n

You will provide a premium care experience ranging from companionship to high-intensity complex support. Responsibilities include:





n

- n

Personal Care: Showering, dressing, grooming, and continence support.

n
- n

Complex Support: Manual handling (hoists, Sara Stedy), PEG support, epilepsy/seizure management, and medication administration.

n
- n

Daily Living: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.

n
- n

Community Engagement: Transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings to promote a fulfilling life.

n
- n

Documentation: Accurate record-keeping and reporting of client concerns to Care Designers.

n

n

Availability: We are specifically looking for morning shift although day time, evenings availability are encouraged to apply.

Who We Are Looking For n

We need reliable, proactive professionals who are comfortable working in diverse home environments.

- n

Coachable & Reliable: A self-led leader who takes responsibility for their success.

n
- n

Strong Communicator: Fluent in English with excellent documentation habits.

n
- n

Mobile: A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (highly regarded).

n
- n

Complex Care Ready: Comfortable with manual handling, behavioral presentations, or smoking environments when required.

n

Highly Regarded Experience nn
- n

Progressive neurological conditions (e.g., MND).

n
- n

Bowel care and complex disability support.

n
- n

Dementia, mental health, or psychosocial disability experience.

n

Mandatory Requirements n

To be considered, you must possess:

n

- n

Minimum Cert III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability, or Community Services (or extensive industry experience).

n
- n

NDIS Worker Screening Check & NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

n
- n

National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons).

n
- n

Working With Children Check (WWCC).

n
- n

Current First Aid & CPR.

n
- n

Australian Working Rights.

n
