About the role

This hands-on role is ideal for a chef who enjoys variety and has experience working across pizza, larder and hot sections in a fast-paced environment. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team delivering quality food to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and cooking menu items across pizza, larder, pans and grill sections
n
- n
Maintaining high food quality, consistency and presentation standards
n
- n
Assisting with stock rotation, ordering and minimising waste
n
- n
Ensuring food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are followed
n
- n
Working efficiently during busy service periods
n
- n
Contributing to a positive and team-focused kitchen culture
n
n
About you
n
n
- n
Qualified chef or equivalent industry experience
n
- n
Experience in à la carte, club, pub or restaurant kitchens
n
- n
Confident working independently across multiple sections
n
- n
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
n
- n
Reliable, punctual and well organised
n
- n
Available to work a mix of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
n
