Responsibilities n

As the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse and ensuring orders, stock and freight move efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include: n

- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and priorities
n
- Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
n
- Allocate and monitor day-to-day warehouse tasks
n
- Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time
n




- Book freight with approved carriers and coordinate collections and deliveries
n
- Prepare freight documentation, labels and consignments
n
- Track deliveries and follow up on freight delays or issues
n
- Receive incoming stock and ensure it is processed accurately
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records
n
- Work closely with Customer Care, Sales, Supply Chain and other internal teams
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
n

Your Profile To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: nn
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, operations or supply chain
n
- Experience coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities
n
- Experience with freight bookings and delivery coordination
n
- Strong understanding of inventory and stock control
n
- Experience with order processing, picking, packing and dispatch
n
- Experience using ERP, WMS, TMS or similar systems prefer
n
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Forklift licence where required for the location
n
