Job Description

Victoria Police's Legal Services is seeking a Police Lawyer to prosecute civil applications in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), primarily tobacco licence reviews and related licences. The role offers a fixed-term VPS3 position located at Victoria Police Centre, Docklands.

You will case manage files, liaise with internal stakeholders, prepare briefs, review legislation, and represent the Chief Commissioner in tribunal matters or brief external Counsel.
