Job Description

- Follow up policies and procedures to comply with the requirements
n
- Full analysis of offers, pre-shipment samples, shipment samples, and arrivals (Commercial to Specialty)
n
- Prepare and dispatch samples to customers
n
- Maintain accurate records of all coffees received and assessed in the system
n
- Prepare cupping sessions following SCA protocols
n
- Conduct physical analysis, measurements and recordings of coffee attributes, including screen size and moisture content
n
- Cupping to ensure the quality requirements are within specifications and authorise the product's release
n
- Keep cupping areas, dishwashing facilities, and sample rooms clean and organized;
n

Qualifications nn
- Demonstrated experience in coffee cupping, sensory evaluation, tasting, and coffee quality assessment.
n




- Experience in coffee quality control, coffee roasting, hospitality, food & beverage, laboratory testing, or related environments is preferred.
n
- Exposure to specialty and/or commercial coffee markets is advantageous.
n
- Experience with laboratory activities, sample management, and quality record keeping is beneficial but not essential.
n

- The role is based in our Australia office and requires unrestricted work rights in Australia.
n
- Good written and spoken English.
n
- Ability to work in a dynamic trading workplace and respond professionally to customer and operational priorities.
