They are currently looking to hire a Development Project Finance Analyst on a 12 month contract basis, key duties will include:
n
Reporting across multiple development projects including analysis
n
Review capex invoice coding each week.
n
Review builders’ certifications and monthly progress claims.
n
Prepare monthly capital expenditure reports for seven funds, including coordinating reviews with project managers and obtaining approval from the relevant fund manager and CEO.
n
Update and maintain LLW and BB cost trackers using information from LAS, with weekly reviews.
n
Maintain tracker for outstanding fitout contributions and provide Funds team with accruals each month.
n
Check leasing costs and arrange approvals on a fortnightly basis.
n
Maintain and review the Leasing Capex Tracker each month.
n
Assisting with ad hoc tasks including data uploads, reconciliations and reporting.
n
You will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years commercial accounting experience with exposure to property construction/development projects and an understanding of costs, reporting, WIP, and capex. In addition you will have excellent stakeholder management skills, strong time management abilities, and enjoy working in a rapid-paced high growth environment.
