Job Description

LEAP Legal Software in Sydney seeks an experienced Learning & Development Manager to own the learning agenda, build the roadmap and deliver it. You’ll bring leadership, compliance, onboarding and product training together into a single L&D; function.

This is a rapid‑moving build role reporting to the Chief People Officer, where you design and facilitate or curate programs, bring in experts as needed, and drive measurable impact with cost‑effective solutions.
