The Role n





As a Registered/Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Deliver safe and compassionate clinical care

n
- n

Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing

n
- n

Administer medications and treatments as required

n
- n

Develop and implement individualised care plans

n
- n

Work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams

n
- n

Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff

n
- n

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

n
