Senior Project Manager - Technology Delivery

About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology and digital initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of high-profile projects, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risk, governance, and stakeholder outcomes.
Working within a transformation-focused environment, you will partner closely with business and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives that support organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of complex ICT, digital, and enterprise technology projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management across senior leadership and operational teams.
- Manage third-party vendors, delivery partners, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps.
- Support demand management and project prioritisation activities.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to project stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Oversee project financials and budget performance, including projects exceeding $1M in value.
- Drive successful project outcomes across both Agile and traditional delivery environments.

About You
To be successful in this role,



you will demonstrate:

- Extensive experience delivering large-scale ICT, digital, or transformation projects within complex organisations.
- Strong project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Proven experience managing vendors and external delivery partners.
- Experience managing project budgets greater than $1M.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed outcomes.

Desired Experience

- PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management accreditation.
- Agile, Scrum, or Lean qualifications highly regarded.
- Experience working within enterprise, government, insurance, or other highly regulated environments.
- Exposure to software delivery, systems development, and digital transformation programs.
