We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects.

About The Role n

We are looking to identify an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to oversee projects across the commercial construction and specialist fit-out sectors.

n

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

n

The role will involve coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing site personnel, maintaining strong WHS standards and working closely with Project Managers, clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

n

Experience across medical, healthcare or hospital fit-outs will be highly regarded, particularly for candidates familiar with the additional compliance, staging and operational requirements associated with live environments.

Responsibilities n

n
- Manage and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring works progress safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel, including scheduling and performance management
n
- Drive a strong safety culture, including toolbox talks, inductions, inspections and regular safety audits
n
- Liaise effectively with Project Managers, clients, consultants and relevant authorities
n
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes,



Australian Standards and project requirements
n
- Manage site programmes and track progress against key milestones, proactively identifying and resolving issues
n
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including site diaries, inspection records and incident reports
n
- Coordinate materials and support procurement activities to ensure projects remain on programme
n
- Where required, manage the additional compliance, infection control, staging and handover requirements associated with healthcare and medical environments

About You nn
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Foreman across commercial construction or fit-out projects
n
- Experience with healthcare, medical or hospital projects is highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and site safety management
n
- Relevant trade qualification and/or Diploma in Building and Construction
n
- Current White Card and relevant site safety qualifications
n
- Valid driver's licence
n
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and competing priorities in a fast-paced site environment
n
- A hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of site delivery
