Pay: $28.64/hr plus super (permanent part time) | $34.76/hr incl. casual loading (casual)

With a strong online presence and passionate people, we're growing fast - and we're looking for Warehouse Assistants (permanent part-time and casual) to join our team.

About the Role n

No experience needed - training is provided! We're a friendly, supportive team and we'd love to hear from you if you're reliable, physically fit, well organised and keen to learn. Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, supermarkets, pick/packing, factory or other physical roles is helpful but not essential.

Please note: you must be able to regularly lift and move up to 25+ kg boxes & product.

Hours & Pay n

We have two openings. Please tell us in your application which option you're interested in.

Option A: Permanent part-time, 17.5 hours/week. Fixed weekly hours: n

Monday 7:00am-12:00pm

Tuesday 7:00am-3:00pm

Thursday 7:00am-12:00pm

Pay: $28.64 per hour, plus Super. Pay rates are above Award and are commensurate with experience.

Option B: Casual, approx. 10-15 hours/week (may be more depending on how busy we are). n

Applicants must be available Thursday 7:00am-12:00pm and Friday 7:00am-12:00pm,



and also on other days when required (such as Monday and Tuesday).

Flexible casual shifts, with occasional weekend work possible.

n

Pay: $27.81 per hour plus 25% casual loading ($34.76 per hour). Pay rates are commensurate with experience.

Flexibility outside of the above days is highly regarded, so please detail this in your cover letter for consideration. (Note: in general, our operating hours are 7am-5pm Mon-Fri & 7am-3pm weekends).

What you'll do: n

Unpack, process, and receive stock and deliveries

n
- n

Coordinate with suppliers and couriers as needed

n
- n

Support stock control, stock takes, and wastage reduction

n
- n

Help with flower prep, plant care, and on-site logistics

n
- n

Pitch in with general warehouse duties to support the whole team

n

About You What you’ll bring: nn

Ability to easily lift heavy buckets and boxes up to 25kg+ daily

n
- n

Well organised, with good attention to detail and time management

n
- n

A positive, helpful team player

n
- n

Comfortable using technology (iPads and Apple devices) and happy to learn our order systems

n

Bonus points for: nn
- n

Knowledge of flowers an advantage but not essential as training will be provided

Experience with ordering and costing of stock
