MP Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and motivated Factory Workers for multiple on-going casual opportunities within the manufacturing industry!

With day, afternoon and night shifts available, these positions offer regular hours, excellent rates of pay and the opportunity to secure ongoing work in a supportive and professional manufacturing environment.

About the role n

As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy manufacturing facility. You will work as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Duties may include: n

- General factory and manufacturing duties.
n
- Operating machinery and production equipment.
n
- Using hand tools and basic equipment.
n
- Assembling and preparing products.
n
- Loading and unloading materials.
n
- Conducting basic quality checks.
n
- Following production instructions and basic drawings.
n
- Packing and preparing finished products.
n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures.
n
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets.
n




- Performing manual handling and other physically demanding tasks as required.
n

About you: nn
- A current Forklift Licence is highly regarded but not essential.
n
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual and heavy work.
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment.
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Safety-focused and committed to following workplace procedures.
n
- Willing to learn recent skills and take direction.
n
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production or steel industry experience is highly regarded.
n
- Good communication and basic numeracy skills.
n
