A leading national utilities provider is rolling out a major end user technology upgrade across Victoria, and we're looking for several IT Support Admins to join the deployment team on the ground.

n

In this role, you'll be the face of the rollout for staff — setting up new devices, resolving issues on the spot, and making sure the transition to new technology is smooth across a range of sites.

n

This is a great fit if you like hands-on, people-facing IT work and want to be part of a large-scale project with real impact.

- Starting September, running through to end of December
n
- $50 per hour, inclusive of super
n
- Full time, Monday to Friday

- Large-scale national technology rollout
n
- Some travel required across Victoria
n
- Fast turnaround — interviews happening now, onboarding this week

What you'll be doing nn
- Deploying and configuring laptops, mobiles and tablets using Microsoft Intune
n




- Managing device enrolment and compliance through Intune/MDM
n
- Delivering face-to-face support to end users
n
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
n
- Keeping tickets and asset records accurate and up to date
n
- Supporting meeting room tech, printers and general workplace IT
n
- Providing a high standard of customer service throughout
n

What we're looking for nn
- Background in IT Support, Desktop Support, Deskside/EUC Support or Service Desk
n
- Practical experience with Microsoft Intune (enrolment, config profiles, compliance policies)
n
- Solid troubleshooting ability paired with strong customer service
n
- Ability to thrive in a busy, onsite, fast-moving environment
n
- Confidence supporting Windows devices
n
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel around Victoria
n
