About the Role nn
- Welcome customers to the showroom and showcase our range of stone slabs and tiles to architects, designers, end-users,



and stonemasons.
n
- Ask open-ended questions to understand customer style, needs, and timelines, providing tailored product recommendations.
n
- Respond to phone and email enquiries with personalised service to ensure customer satisfaction.
n
- Coordinate with stakeholders on samples, quotes, and lead times, offering accurate and up-to-date product information.
n
- Manage admin tasks including order processing, material pickups, inventory checks, and supporting the external sales team.
n
- Keep the showroom immaculate—restocking, tidying, and ensuring brochures and displays are refreshed.

About You nn
- Maybe you studied interior design, or maybe you've just always had a thing for it — an "inspo" folder you can't stop adding to, a habit of narrating every renovation show like you're the expert in the room. However you got there, you know valuable design when you see it.

- Above all else, you'd describe yourself as a people person. Maybe that's being the friend everyone comes to when they need to feel heard or the one who can turn a stranger into a five-minute best friend.
