Job Description

The Archdiocese of Sydney is seeking a highly organised Senior Coordinator, Special Events to lead the preparation for Eucharist28 across Oceania, coordinating planning, procurement and on-site delivery for an international pilgrimage.

Reporting to the Director of Events and Operations, you will manage venues, suppliers, budgets and schedules, maintain risk and compliance documentation, support the conference program, and oversee in office bump-in and bump-out through to close.
