Job Description

You'll provide day-to-day support to our sales agents, with a focus on generating leads and preparing property listings, marketing materials and other documentation. You'll also assist with open-for-inspection activities and help coordinate schedules, appointments and meetings to keep the team organised and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities n

Prospecting for new listings and appraisal opportunities

n

Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up sales opportunities

n

Making outbound calls and following up prospective vendors

n

Assisting Sales Executives with leads and appraisals

n

Following up buyers and maintaining relationships with prospective purchasers

n

Assisting with open for inspections and private inspections

n

Preparing properties for sale and assisting with listing administration

n

Supporting property marketing campaigns and sales strategies

n

Assisting with buyer enquiries and inspection bookings

n

Learning the Melbourne norther suburbs market, buildings, values and sales process

About you n

Is serious about building a career in real estate sales

n





Is confident communicating with people over the phone and in person

n

Is willing to prospect and generate new business

n

Has a strong work ethic and is prepared to learn

n

Is organised, reliable and able to follow through on tasks

n

Presents professionally

n

Is comfortable working as part of a sales team

n

Is either currently studying or has completed the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certificate

n

Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
