Job Description

Based in Arndell Park, our licensed Major Hazard Facility provides a comprehensive solution for hazardous and non-hazardous warehousing, inventory management and inbound/ outbound transport.

We are currently seeking a Pallet Controller to join the team Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (flexible for the right candidate). We are looking for a team player with a excellent attitude and the ability to multi-task.

This is a casual position with temp-to-perm opportunities available for proven performers who display outstanding work ethics. Casual pay rates apply.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Data entry of pallet transfers

n

n
- Coordinating and maintaining equipment control of Chep and Loscam pallets including issues and de-hires
n
- Managing nil recovery of pallets
n
- Resolving pallet rejections, discrepancies and ensuring accuracy
n
- Ensuring pallet systems are up to date and managed weekly
n
- Monitor pallet accuracy of outbound consignments
n
- Pallet reconciliations
n

Provide education and support to the warehouse team members on pallet processes and procedures

n

n
- Liaising with internal/external customers and contractors to ensure an efficient and effect service
n
- Performing weekly administrative tasks, scanning, and filing of pallet paperwork
n

n

Skills and Experience

n





Computer literate and proficient using MS Office application (Word, Excel and Outlook)

n

Previous pallet control experience (highly regarded)

n

2ic Pallets software experience (highly regarded)

n

Excellent communication and organisational skills

n

n
