Job Description

We are a new, contemporary, and technologically advanced manufacturing facility in Sunshine West, and we are looking for experienced QA/QC personnel to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with work experience in a cosmetics, personal care or sunscreen manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities n

n
- Perform qualification and validation studies.
n
- Sample, test, and release raw and packaging materials. Conduct in-process and finished product testing.
n
- Perform sampling and testing as per the Inspection and Test Plan, including online and finished goods inspections.
n
- Organise samples for shipment to external laboratories for testing.
n
- Prepare Certificate of Analysis.
n
- Maintain long-term and ongoing stability programs.
n
- Assist in investigating Out of Specification, Customer Complaints, and Deviations.
n
- Conduct environmental monitoring, water sampling, and testing programs.
n




- Coordinate the calibration of all equipment and measuring devices in the organisation.
n
- Ensure the laboratory cleaning program is implemented.
n
- Collect and maintain retention samples and records to keep them up to date.
n
- Collect samples and coordinate testing with external testing laboratories.
n
- Prepare procedures, forms, logbooks, specifications, and test methods.
n
- Perform the role of Document Controller to prepare, review, and distribute documents.
n
- Perform the role of Internal Auditor.
n

About you nn
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
n
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in QA, QC or validation in a cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
n
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in qualification and validation.
n
- Able to write and communicate efficiently in English.
n
