Job Description
Simply Helping is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Torquay team. You will coordinate protected, responsive, and person-centred services that meet each client’s needs, acting as the main point of contact for clients, families, support workers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
