Job Description

Zohorecruit is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel in Sydney to handle funds formation and complex investment transactions. You will draft and review investor and fund documentation and provide strategic legal support to drive growth.

The role requires 3–5 years PQE in transactional funds law, with hands-on experience in fund structuring or formation, and a team-oriented, proactive mindset to shape the legal function in a dynamic funds management business.
