Job Description

Job title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities: n

- Extract, validate, and consolidate data from SAP, SharePoint, Primavera P6, Aconex, Excel, and other enterprise systems.
n
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, management reports, scorecards, and performance analytics using Power BI and Excel.
n
- Analyze operational, project, financial, resource, quality, and schedule data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
n
- Support data integration, reporting automation, and process improvement using Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and APIs.
n
- Maintain data governance, reporting documentation, data quality, reconciliation, and confidentiality across reporting processes.
n

Skills Required: nn
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting,



Data Analytics, Project Controls, or similar roles.
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Data Models, and Power BI with DAX and data modelling.
n
- Robust experience with SAP reporting, SharePoint Online, SQL, Microsoft Teams, and multi-system enterprise environments.
n
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, Aconex, Contruent, ECTR, Revit, Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, Dataverse, and API integrations.
n
- Strong analytical, data governance, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and process automation skills, with exposure to AI, predictive analytics, and data warehousing.
