Meat wholesaler in Melbourne's southern Bayside is seeking a Meat Factory Operations Manager to lead the factory’s production, processing and delivery functions.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance, ensure food safety, HACCP and WHS compliance, and oversee stock, purchasing, warehousing, logistics and dispatch.
