BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing amazing customer service
- Creating high-quality coffees and beverages to Zarraffa's brand standards
- Preparing and serving food items in line with brand standards
- Contributing to a fast-paced and positive team setting
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the store

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing support and guidance to the team




- Maintaining product and service quality
- Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
- Overseeing shift management
- Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers
- Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
- Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
