The Role:

Kent is currently recruiting experienced E&I; Supervisors for a major greenfield construction project in Karratha, WA.

This is an prospect to lead significant E&I; construction activities across HV, LV, ELV,



communications and instrumentation scopes, supporting delivery from construction through to completions and handover.

We are seeking proven leaders with experience leading electrical and instrumentation crews and subcontractors on large-scale industrial, LNG, Oil & Gas or process plant projects. Experience across cable installation, cable pulling, cable support systems, terminations and associated E&I; construction activities will be highly regarded.

The successful candidates will bring strong leadership capability, construction delivery experience and a commitment to safety, quality and project outcomes.

Essentials
- Current WA Electrical Licence
- EEHA Qualification or Cert IV in Hazardous Areas is desirable
- Proven E&I; supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience leading electrical, instrumentation and/or cable installation crews
- Experience delivering construction activities across HV, LV, ELV, communications and instrumentation scopes
- Strong understanding of PTW, SWMS, JSEA and safety management processes
- Experience managing subcontractors and project workforces
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
