About the Role

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join our Admin team. This is a hands-on coordination role supporting our sales and operations teams, ensuring orders, stock and supplier activity are managed accurately and on time.

Around 70% of the role is supply chain coordination, with the remaining 30% covering reception and office administration. This role would suit someone organised and proactive who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between operational and front-of-house work.

Key Responsibilities

- Process sales orders, monitor backorders and release orders for dispatch as stock becomes available
- Monitor stock levels using ERP forecasting reports and raise purchase orders with local and international suppliers
- Track inbound orders from placement to arrival, liaising with freight providers and maintaining accurate ERP records
- Manage consignment stock, including replenishment, site transfers, month-end counts and pro forma invoices
- Keep sales, warehouse and engineering teams informed of stock availability, urgent shipments, due dates and quarantine priorities
- Process customer invoices and stock-return credits, and maintain drilling performance data for month-end reporting
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders




- Manage reception, including visitors, phone calls, mail, visitor records and office supplies
- Coordinate flights, accommodation and mobilisation for personnel travelling to site

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in a purchasing, stores, warehousing, logistics or administration role. Background in mining supply, industrial distribution or wholesale is highly regarded
- A solid understanding of stock movement, including purchase orders, backorders, stock transfers, freight and landed costs. Experience with ERP systems such as MYOB, SAP or similar is an advantage.
- Robust numerical skills and high attention to detail
- Able to work independently and within a team, and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, (verbal and written)
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a practical can-do attitude
- Working knowledge of WHS and safe work practices
- Current Australian driver's licence
