SUPPORT WORKER REQUIRED

MUST HAVE DIABETES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Type of Services: Diabetes Management and Community Participation

We're looking for Support Worker in or around Southbank Vic Area.

High Intensity Support (preferably someone with Nursing background/Diabetes Management Experience)

On-going shifts available Monday - Sunday.

Staff Requirements: NDIS qualifications and experience.

- 100 points of ID
- Selfie photo
- Police Check (not older than 12 months)
- Working with children check
- Resume with referees & availabilities
- Other Relevant Disability qualifications
- First aid & CPR
- NDIS screening check (email screenshot)
- Car insurance - if driving own vehicle
- Workers Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'

Expected Start Date: ASAP Job Types: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $41.50 – $83.00 per hour
