What you’ll be doing

- Create, shoot, edit and schedule engaging social media content, including Reels and Stories, to grow our online communities and increase brand awareness
- Develop content calendars, identify emerging digital trends and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach and engagement
- Execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google to drive website traffic, engagement and sales
- Maintain and update e-commerce website content, supporting product launches, digital promotions and an engaging online shopping experience
- Manage fortnightly newsletters, support CRM campaigns and respond to customer enquiries across social media
- Support retail marketing initiatives, in-store campaigns,



events and brand activations, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
- Monitor and analyse digital performance, report on campaign results and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and overall marketing performance

What you'll bring

- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field
- 4+ years' digital marketing experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods
- Robust social media, content creation and digital advertising skills, including Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and SEO/SEM
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, plus confident content creation using an iPhone and DJI Osmo Pocket 4
- Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills
- A creative, proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for digital innovation and brand storytelling.
