We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Accountant to join a well-established property business managing a diverse commercial portfolio.

Advanced Yardi experience is essential

n

You’ll be responsible for keeping tenant accounts accurate, managing rent collections and following up outstanding payments.

What you’ll be doing n

n
- Managing tenant accounts and invoices
n
- Processing rent reviews, reconciliations and lease changes
n
- Monitoring daily rent payments and allocating receipts
n
- Managing arrears and following up overdue accounts
n
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
n
- Maintaining accurate records in Yardi
n
- Working closely with property managers and internal stakeholders
n

What we’re looking for nn




- 3+ years’ Accounts Receivable experience
n
- Experience in commercial property or property accounting
n
- Strong experience managing rent rolls and arrears
n
- Advanced Yardi experience is essential
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
n
- Confident communicator with robust problem-solving skills
n
- Comfortable using technology and improving processes
n
