Key Responsibilities n

Administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Medical Practitioner

n
- n

Monitor patients' health status and promptly report any changes or concerns

n
- n

Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation

n
- n

Assist with general nursing duties, including wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical tasks

n
- n

Work collaboratively with the broader healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

n
- n

Assist with front desk duties when required

n

About You nn
- n

Current Division 2 Nursing registration with medication endorsement

n
- n

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a primary care or community health environment

n
- n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

n
- n

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality patient care

n
- n

A positive, compassionate, and professional approach

n

Seeking a long-term role within a close-knit and supportive team

Required Availability n

You must be available to work the following shifts:

n

- n

Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

n
- n

Tuesday: 12:00pm - 7:30pm

n

Thursday: 12:00pm - 7:30pm

n
- n

Friday: 12:00pm - 7:30pm

n
- n

Saturday: Rotating roster - 1 Saturday every 2 weeks (8:15am - 2:30pm) as required

n

Flexibility to cover staff leave when required is essential.
