Ironman 4x4 Wetherill Park is opening soon — and we’re building our workshop team from the ground up.

n

Ironman 4x4 is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of 4WD accessories, suspension, protection equipment, touring products and camping gear.

n

With our brand-recent Wetherill Park flagship location currently under construction, we are looking for experienced and passionate 4WD Accessory Fitters / Automotive Technicians to join us from the beginning.

n

This is an opportunity to work in a brand-new workshop, with quality equipment, a huge variety of vehicles and some of the latest 4WD products on the market.

n

The Role n

You will be responsible for fitting a broad range of aftermarket accessories across everything from brand-new 4WDs and utes through to touring, recreational, trade and fleet vehicles.

n

No two builds are the same.

n

Depending on your experience, your work may include:

n

- n

Bull bars, side steps and protection equipment

n
- n

Suspension systems and GVM upgrades

n
- n

Winches and recovery equipment

n
- n

Driving lights, light bars and UHF radios

n
- n

Roof racks and platforms

n
- n

Canopies and ute accessories

n
- n

Roller shutters and tonneau covers

n
- n

Snorkels

n
- n

Dual battery and 12V electrical systems

n
- n

Tow bars and towing accessories

n
- n





Drawers and touring equipment

n
- n

Complete vehicle builds from standard vehicle through to finished 4WD

n

n

You will also be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while treating every customer's vehicle with the level of care it deserves.

What We're Looking For n

We are looking for people who genuinely take pride in their work.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- n

Previous 4WD accessory fitting or automotive workshop experience

n
- n

Strong mechanical and automotive fitting skills

n
- n

Experience fitting aftermarket 4WD accessories

n
- n

Good understanding of automotive fitting principles

n
- n

12V and auto electrical experience highly regarded

n
- n

Excellent attention to detail

n
- n

Ability to work efficiently without compromising workmanship

n
- n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n
- n

Good problem-solving skills

n
- n

A current Australian driver's licence

n
- n

A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning

n

n

A qualification as a Motor Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Auto Electrician will be highly regarded.

n

However,
