Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 DOE

Competitive salary package based on experience and the value you bring to the firm, negotiable for the right candidate. $85,000 to $110,000 DOE.

Our client: Our client is a boutique tightly knitted firm with a outstanding team. They are involved in matters such as commercial, leasing, conveyancing, wills and estates and elder law. They have career progression opportunities in their firm and always look to develop and mentor their team members.

Commercial Lawyer role: n

The role is ideal for a 2-3 years PAE Commercial Lawyer. You will be working in the following areas:

- buying and selling a business,



including franchise businesses
n
- business structures - partnerships, trusts, and corporations
n
- business succession planning and asset protection
n
- partnership and joint venture agreements
n
- commercial and retail leasing
n

Requirements: nn
- 2-3 Years of PAE in Commercial Law
n
- Good attitude
n
- Ability to work in a team and self-sufficiently
n
- Ability to achieve billable targets
n
- Good rapport with team members and clients
n
- Motivation and drive to be successful
n
