About the Role: n

As Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll report directly to the Credit Manager and play a key role in supporting the accounts receivable function. This role offers on-the-job training to ensure your success, with genuine opportunities for progression and development within the business.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions
n
- Managing credit limits and stop supply processes
n
- Identifying and entering EFT's, deposits, and credit card payments
n
- Assisting with credit application reviews to help minimise credit risk
n
- Ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures
n
- Performing daily banking and general administrative duties
n

What We’re Looking For: nn
- Experience and understanding of accounts receivable functions
n
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
n
- Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n

Desirable: n

Experience in the construction or a manufacturing industry will be highly regarded.
