Join our team as a Provider Lead and play a key role in building, supporting and optimising our healthcare provider network. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused qualified who enjoys stakeholder engagement, account management, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the onboarding, maintenance, and optimisation of the provider network.
n
- Develop and manage relationships with key providers and stakeholders.
n
- Conduct provider performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
n
- Provide training and support on products, services, and digital platforms.
n
- Manage provider and customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
n
- Maintain provider records, reports, and network data.
n
- Gather feedback from providers and customers to enhance service delivery.
n
- Support provider strategy initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
n

Qualifications nn
- Tertiary qualification within health, or related discipline is preferred
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships to support service delivery and business outcome
n
- Knowledge of Cogent products and services preferred
n
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of CRM software
n
- Highly organised and outcome focused
n
- Excellent communication, presentation,



and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving
n
