Description

Systems Analysts examine business and technical needs and
n translate them into system requirements, models and solution specifications.
n They assess existing systems, evaluate options and work with
n multidisciplinary teams to design, integrate and improve secure, reliable and
n fit-for-purpose solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse
n business, user and technical requirements and translate them into transparent
n system specifications, models and solution options.

n
- Assess
n existing systems, interfaces, data flows and processes to identify
n constraints, risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.

n
- Develop
n functional and non-functional specifications, system models, interface
n requirements and supporting technical documentation.

n
- Evaluate
n solution options for feasibility, security, privacy, accessibility,
n performance, supportability and alignment with enterprise architecture.

n
- Collaborate
n with business analysts, architects, developers, testers and operational
n teams to design integrated, fit-for-purpose solutions.

n
- Support
n system configuration, integration, testing, implementation and
n transition, ensuring solutions meet agreed requirements.

n
- Investigate
n incidents, defects and performance issues, identify root causes and
n recommend sustainable corrective actions.

n




- Maintain
n traceability and system documentation, communicate technical risks and
n decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement.
