There's a lot happening at Pomona Distilling Co, and we're looking for excellent chefs to join the team as we continue to grow.

From smoke and live fire to restaurant dining, functions, events and production, we have a diverse range of kitchens and food concepts - meaning no two days necessarily look the same.

Our operation includes:

Pomona Smokehouse - BBQ, smoking & live-fire cooking

n

Distillery Restaurant - contemporary dining & hospitality

n

Pomona Providore - smoked products, takeaway & food production

n

Barrel House - weddings, functions & large-scale events

n

Cask - our speakeasy bar & restaurant

n

Off-site Catering - including events at our sister venue in Brisbane

n

We're looking for chefs across the board - from apprentices and junior chefs through to experienced CDPs, sous chefs and kitchen leaders.

we're looking for people who care about what they do, enjoy working as part of a team and want to continue developing their craft.

Must have Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma of Hospitality
