We have a position available based at our Forest Lake Shopping Centre site and we are looking for an enthusiastic, engaging team member who is passionate about delivering a great experience to our customers with every interaction.

Security Officer n

You will be working a roster as discussed with Springmount Services Management and will need to be available for Sick Leave and Annual Leave Relief.

n

This role you will be working alongside Security providers who are responsible for a range of duties and work to agreed schedules to deliver an exceptionally high standard or work. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Key Selection Criteria n

n
- Being able to provide pro-active to support to the team, customers, Centre Management and Centre retailers.
n
- Exclusive knowledge of Fire Finder Systems-ability to use competently & correctly.
n
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures.
n
- Current Security Licence.
n
- Current Drivers Licence.
n
- Current First aid and CPR.
n
- Monitoring/use of CCTV systems.
n
- Access control-swipe card-control-issuing.
n
- Use of electronic controlling systems for doors.
n




- Use of Fire Control Systems/Platforms.
n
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite to conduct daily tasks.
n
- Attention to Detail.
n
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills applicable in a dynamic work environment.
n
- Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated.
n
- High standard of presentation.
n
- Personable with exceptional time management skills, and the ability to engage a diverse range of people.
n
