OneCare currentlyhave an excitingCasual opportunity for a skilled and motivated Facility & Grounds Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Burnie.

n

As aFacility &Grounds; Maintenance Assistant the successful applicantwill:

n

n
- Provide hands on support to Maintain the grounds of our consumers at the Facility, Independent Living Units and Rental Properties.
n
- Work as a member of the gardening and maintenance team to ensure that quality service is delivered whilst accommodating consumer choice
n
- Undertake administrative duties associated with the role such as; invoices and work requests
n
- action all maintenance requests and maintain accurate records of work to meet audit and compliance requirements
n
- Follow and adhere to OneCare standards, plans and guidelines.
