About the Position:

This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing tax practice, taking personal ownership of matters and transaction workstreams.

- Take personal ownership of complex matters,



develop client relationships and work directly with esteemed Partners
- advise on tax structuring and implementation for M&A;, divestments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
- Assist with rulings, clearances and engagement with revenue authorities
- Advise on tax clauses and risk allocation for a range of transaction and financing documents

About you:

- 2 to 8 years post admission experience of Australian taxation law, gained in a leading law or professional services firm.
- Confidence working directly with clients and other advisers
- Robust experience in advisory and transactional tax
