Ngutu College is an independent, not-for-profit school in Woodville North, on Kaurna Country. We are redesigning schooling to be genuinely equitable, culturally informed and authentically child-centred. Aboriginal knowledges are woven seamlessly through the formal curriculum, and we work in partnership with Kaurna Elders and community leaders.

Our learning environments are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach: the environment is the “third teacher” and children are responsible for their own learning and interests. In Karra, our Years 7–12 campus, learning happens in multi-year learning communities, in the classroom and well beyond it.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate English / HASS Educator to develop and deliver engaging, inclusive and culturally responsive programs across Years 7–12, with a focus on the middle years. You will work alongside Co-Educators and colleagues to build students’ literacy, critical thinking and understanding of history, culture and society through inquiry-based and project-based learning.
