Team Support Volunteers are the steady presence behind the scenes who keep things running smoothly. You’re the go-to person on game day – a friendly, calm adult who the girls and the team can rely on. You’ll help make sure everyone’s fed, ready, supported and set up to enjoy the game. This is a generalist support role with a few key tasks but a big impact.

- Be a visible and approachable support person for players during the entire game
- Coordinate pre-game setup with help from other volunteers
- Bring and set up breakfast, morning tea and water (vouchers and containers provided)
- Keep a small supply of personal care items for players (bandaids, sunscreen, hygiene products)
- Act as a chaperone on the team bus when needed (to/from away games)
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- The joy of supporting young people to feel confident and included
- Ongoing guidance and support from the Team Connect program
- All equipment provided and incidental costs covered (including morning tea vouchers)
