Join the Myer Eastern Creek Distribution Centre as a Team Leader / Shift Supervisor and lead a high-performing team in one of Australia's leading retail supply chain operations. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop your leadership capability, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our stores and customers.

- Monday to Friday

You will bring strong leadership capability and distribution centre experience to drive safe, efficient and compliant operations across the site.

About the Role:

- Provide clear leadership and direction aligned to Myer’s business strategy
- Lead by example and foster a protected, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Drive productivity and ensure cost-effective operations
- Oversee end-to-end distribution activities from receipt through to dispatch (stores and customers)
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics partners
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, productivity, cost, customer service and safety

About You:

- Proven leadership experience in a Distribution Centre, Warehouse or Supply Chain environment
- Strong knowledge of WHS policies and compliance requirements
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to support operational activities when required




- Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to service excellence
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Effective problem-solving, analytical and multitasking capabilities
- Current Forklift Licence
