Glascott is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to run our friendly, high-performing crew across Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs.

We combine horticultural know-how, smart asset management and a genuine commitment to service to keep the spaces people use every day looking their best.

What you’ll do

- Lead, coach and motivate a small team of Grounds Staff
- Be the go-to contact for clients and build strong, lasting relationships
- Plan and deliver works on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Get stuck in yourself, including ride-on mowing, mulching, pruning, hedging and weeding
- Spot and manage pests and diseases
- Operate,



care for and maintain machinery and equipment

What you’ll bring

- Experience leading an engaged, motivated team
- A strong customer-service mindset and transparent, confident communication
- Horticulture qualification (highly regarded)
- Manual driver’s licence
- White Card
- ChemCert
