Livit Disability Support is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our South Coast team. Based from our office in Victor Harbor with the requirement to travel to Southern Metro (Christies Beach & surrounding areas) you will support and develop Support Workers, coordinate services, respond to operational challenges and help ensure positive outcomes for clients.

Our regional Team Leaders work collaboratively to support one another across a range of service types and locations. The disability sector and NDIS workplace are dynamic and continually evolving, and we are seeking a leader who is adaptable, solutions-focused and willing to work across different services when required. This collaborative approach helps ensure continuity of support, positive team culture and strong outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coaching and developing Support Workers

- Supporting safe, high‑quality,



person‑centred services

- Building strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders

- Monitoring service quality, compliance and risk

- Supporting incident management and continuous improvement

- Contributing to workforce capability and positive team culture

Qualifications

- Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (highly regarded)

- Applicants without the qualification are encouraged to apply

- Mandatory role requirements include NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, Safe Environments, Medication & Manual Handling competencies, and a current Driver’s Licence
