Shadforth is seeking an IT support skilled to join our IT Team, delivering user support across more than 60 sites in Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW. Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll build your career in a hands-on environment.

The role covers helpdesk operations, remote and onsite support, Microsoft 365 administration, and equipment provisioning. We welcome applicants with early IT experience or recent IT qualifications who want to develop their technical skills.
