Job Description

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a part-time Sales Centre agent to handle inbound calls and reservations for members and guests. You will convert enquiries into bookings and deliver exceptional service in a KPI-driven environment.

The role is hybrid, based at Gosford with some at-home days, requiring versatile weekday/weekend availability. The position offers a minimum 24 hours per week, starting in November, with potential extra hours during peak seasons and staff leave.
